3rd District Youth Advisory Council (YAC)
The Third District Youth Advisory Council is made up high school students between the ages of 14 and 18 years old from all over the district.
The council meets twice a month to discuss, and plan events. As well, as to discuss issues pertaining to the youth
To join you must meet the following requirements:
- Live in the Third Supervisorial District in Riverside County
- Be a current high school student
- Have sufficient time to serve (The term lasts 1 school year).
- Be willing to help others
Why join:
- Being part of the Council will look great on your resume/college application.
- You will have the opportunity to forge lasting friendships
- You will develop or improve your leadership skills
By working closely with the County Supervisor you can make a difference in the lives of today's youth.
